As the book fair goes into it’s third year I have decided to make some major changes.

First, I changed the name to Northwest Book Fair from NW Book Fun.

I think it gives a more accurate idea of what the book fair is about. Particularly since after the 2024 experience “Fun in the Sun” I realized will not always be a part of the equation.

Next the location is changing for 2025 to the Artillery Barracks on the Vancouver Barracks Campus. 

Located next to Fort Vancouver NHS it is an easily recognizable site with more parking and accommodations.

The Northwest Book Fair for 2025 is being sponsored by myself and KXRW.FM.

If by some luck, push and grit the fair is viable, any profits above expenses will support the KXRW radio station.

I am seriously hoping that a new venue that allows for a large indoor space, handicap accessibility, bathrooms and easier parking will encourage a bigger turnout both for authors and attendees.

Registrations for vendor space will open January 2025. 

The date of the fair is Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 10am to 3pm.
