I am hoping to make NW Book Fun in the Sun an event that gets better every year.

I would love some feedback on suggestions for how to make it better this year.

An idea that I am thinking about is adding one or two speakers to the event or mini workshops. 

It could be a pre-event like the evening before or weekend before or 

Start at 3pm on Saturday or have a second day with just Workshop stuff.

Would you attend something like this (free with registration)? 

Or at 3pm do you just want to go home and call it a win? 

Or do you have another idea or two?
