Steven J. Craig is a retired Coast Guard Reserve Captain with more than 38 years of active and reserve service. A former U.S. Postmaster and university professor, he has played key roles in major national and international disaster responses—including Hurricanes Katrina and Ike, the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, the 2010 Haiti earthquake port recovery effort, and the 9/11 response in Seattle.
