2026 Northwest Book Fair | Vancouver, Washington

Exhibit at the Northwest Book Fair & Media Fest

Saturday, June 27, 2026 · Clark College Student Center · Vancouver, WA

The Northwest Book Fair & Media Fest brings together authors, readers, podcasters, and media creators for a full day of creativity, connection, and community.

If you’re an author, indie publisher, illustrator, poet, writing coach, podcaster, or creative professional, we’d love to learn more about your work.

Because our event is curated and exhibitor space is limited, we review each registration to ensure a balanced, engaging experience for attendees.

🖊️ Exhibitor Requirements & Expectations

To ensure a successful, high-quality experience for both exhibitors and attendees, all participants are expected to meet the following standards:

✔ Have a basic online presence

This can include a website, author page (Amazon Author Central, Linktree, Goodreads), or an active social media profile.

✔ Have at least one way to reach readers

Such as an email list, newsletter, social platform, or local community connections.

✔ Actively promote your participation in the fair

Sharing the event through your preferred channels helps support overall attendance and benefits every author at the event.

✔ Present your books and table professionally

This includes:

  • professionally printed books

  • clear pricing

  • neat table display

  • signage or a small standing poster

  • ability to engage with readers

These expectations ensure that the Northwest Book Fair & Media Fest remains a strong, well-attended, reader-focused event that showcases authors at their best.

💬 Promotion & Partnership

A key part of the fair’s success is shared promotion.

All exhibitors are asked to:

  • Share the event on at least one platform of your choice

  • Post 1–2 times before the fair using materials we provide

  • Mention your participation to your readers, followers, or local groups

We make this easy with ready-made graphics, sample posts, and promotional links.
